Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the MX36 Suite website (mx36suite.cc) and software. By purchasing or using MX36 Suite, you agree to these terms.
MX36 Suite is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by XTA Audio Ltd.
1. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MX36 Suite on one computer per license key. You may move the license to another computer by deactivating it first within the app.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or license keys.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Circumvent or disable the license activation system.
2. Updates
All future updates to the version you purchased are included at no additional cost. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x → v2.x) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.
3. Compatibility
MX36 Suite is designed for use with the XTA MX36 console switcher. We cannot guarantee compatibility with other devices or future firmware versions of the XTA MX36. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund if the software does not function with your XTA MX36 hardware. Refund requests must be submitted via our support page with your order reference and a description of the issue. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after download.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
MX36 Suite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MX36 Suite, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to equipment.
7. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to circumvent license restrictions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
